I attended the Pre Samyama meet on November 16,2008. Sadhguru talked about 1 hour and he strongly told that Samyama program should be attended only if a person has a deep longing in spirtuality. I attended the Interview on that day itself. After 10 days I received a letter from ISHA. I opened it. The letter confirms my participation in samyama with slno 671.
It's a wonderful moment in my life. I decided to get up @ 3:45 AM morning for doing Asanas and Kriyas. This will continue for next 30 days with strict diet.
